wantickets error

i was wondering if anyone had an error lately buying off wantickets, 4 of us tried to buy tickets online for the pete tong party but we got an error of billing address not matching and got charged the amount. we were all using the same cc we used before to buy off the site. emailed wantickets but no response.
any suggestions or similar incident |

| they are launching the new site so im sure not everything will work 100% right away. be patient. |

| I've not come across any errors yet, but I have noticed, for the tickets I've bought, there hasn't been an option to pick up the tickets at the Shelbourne, like last year..... are they not doing that again? |

| Haha, the new website is ing up all over the place. The Luciano/Carl Craig party went back down to $20 from $40. Pete Tong pool party went down to $40 for an all day ticket. I think it was at $70 before. Take advantage! |

well then thats a matter between you and wanttickets and in the worst case scenario your bank or credit card company.
im sure they'll reply to your email though. if they havent then shoot them another one. every issue ive ever had with them got resolved through email as has a lot of other peoples issues. |

| i'm sure they are crazy busy today due to the site re-launch... i'd email them tomorrow and every few days until they reply. |
