LA Coliseum Commision's Top Official Says No To EDC (pg. 3)

| I got $5 bucks NOS this year, but then they could take my advice and have it here in Lancaster Fairgrounds. wink wink |

the reasoning behind my theory:
1) They have 2 other events (Beyond and Nocturnal) at the NOS
B) Coliseum is what put Insomniac/EDC on the global map
7) Its a 2 day event and doing a 2 day event in San Bernadino could be tougher
#) Imagine LovEvolution in SF at another location other then in front of City Hall.
Ocho) Not having EDC this year makes people want it MORE next year!!! |

EDC is Insomniac's biggest money-maker, though. I can't see them canceling it.
Hell, they might have it at NOS and hire shuttle bus services to shuttle people out there and back! Party bus!
... that could actually be a ton of fun. |

EDC was Insomniacs biggest money maker when it moved to the Coliseum. Before that, Nocturnal was the money maker. |

yeah, but now they can say "EDC got too big for the Coliseum! This year's show will be bigger & better at the [insert name of venue]!" and most people will assume they upgraded. |

Nocturnal will be 2 days this year at NOS as per the Nocturnal website ;) |

| isn't the NOS center space way smaller than the coliseum/expo park? let's go to empire polo fields... ill make the drive! especially since i didn't get a coachella ticket this year =/ |

You guys, it's ONE vote!
Either way, if this doesn't end up at The Coliseum I'd be glad to sit back and watch what Pasqualle pulls off. Yeah, no it's been at the NOS before but like I've previously stated... that venue is played out! I'm slowly but surely getting tired of USC's playground as well. Can't Insomniac rent out bigger and better land by now? If I were CEO of Insomniac I'd like to keep my business new and exciting... by getting a new venue once in a while! |
