Even the WMC awards don't mean . The EDM industry is speck compared to the rest of the music industry in the U.S., so saying so and so is the top dance label has minimal value. You can't even buy a new EDM release at ing Best Buy. |

| Awards make you as a producer/DJ seem more valuable, it's also all about exposure. Although, after so many different meaningless organizations start issuing "awards", they begin to seem even more useless than they already are, especially in a market that's so niche already. It's a gigantic wankfest. I also agree with osterzone for once, holy . |
