so I've just started using ableton after several years on logic and pro tools and I've come across a simple problem that's leading me down a path of alcoholism at this point.
When I move notes in the piano roll with my keys the notes are deselected right after I move them....anyone know how to get live to stay selected on those notes?
much thanks in advance

should stay selected, could be the way you use your mouse. try using arrow keys instead, once selected. |

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. I know how to move notes and I stay away from the mouse as much as possible. When I select notes with the keys or mouse it always deselects them right after I move them. I'm currently uploading a video that shows the behaviour I'm talking about, when vimeo is done taking its sweet ass time I'll post a link. Thanks for all the help!
