I was born & raised in Atlanta, just moved to LA last year, and I was REALLY hoping I'd recognize DJRYANTRADEMARK when he posted the video, but I don't. :(
I can come to the conclusion, however, being very familiar with the Atlanta area, that he lives in the suburbs and based on his hair and suit probably sells cell phones for a living and/or works in a call center.
