Oh man.
Thrillseekers was INCREDIBLE. He played some trance anthems I haven't heard in YEARS. And ending with the legendary remix of Sweet Surrender? I was blown away, loved every second of it. :D :D :D |

I didn't have a chance to get out to Circus for a few weeks... it was wonderful to see the club full of people.
I was a bit surprised that JOC didn't close since I usually associate him with a higher bpm than The Thrillseekers, but it worked well. JOC had a lot more stage presence than the last time he came to Circus back in February last year, but I think he was sick back then.
It was the first time I heard "Sinners" at a club. Crazy. |

| i must say thank you to Circus for such an amazing night. JOC was amazing and Thrillseekers dropped some really sick tracks. Loved every second of the night...but was too tired to stay till the end so had to call it a night after 1hr before show ended. |

| Very good night indeed. Excellent sets by everyone kept the main floor packed. There was music in the back room and upstairs but I didn't see many people there. Music volume, lighting, ventilation, everything was just right. Even though not everyone from the regulars was there, I saw some familiar faces from other clubs for their first time at Cirus, I am sure they will be coming back. |

Awesome turnout and great music, the perfect combination. Was impressed with John's set, have heard him a couple of times before and this one was the best by far! Was a little hard for me to adjust from John's progressive beats to more of the "pure Trance" sound by Thrillseekers, but Steve played a number of excellent classics and kept the crowd going.
As others have mentioned, I saw posters around the club for Estiva with First State (this night should rock!), George Acosta (anything else going on around town?), and M.I.K.E. Push with Andrew Bennett (good night of Trance and Progressive House!).
As the weather gets warmer, the challenge for the summer months is to keep bringing in the good DJ's since most of them are content with their weekly residencies in Ibiza (can you blame them?) Many thanks to LMD for the MASSIVE production last night, and looking forward to many more great nights ahead! :D

Wow. Huge night. We were there for 7.5 hours and the music was great from beginning to end.
Can't wait for Andrew Bennett on Michelle's birthday!!! |
