False. Whether the kid was selling drugs or not, the bouncer has no right to assault a defenseless patron of the club and then rob him. |

well the main rule for stock trading is buy low sell high...but in order to do that successfully theres a billion other smaller rules you should follow. lets just say you dont keep the stash on you. you get your gf to carry it in her purse while she socializes.
and in right if theres a kid in my club selling dope i will put the fear of god into him. you can claim all the legal bull you want. 9 out of 10 cases would get thrown out of court anyways. So as a club owner i would let my team of juicehead black men scare the out of any white kid selling dope. whats the kid going to say in court "...then he punched me in the eye! no your honour There is no physical scarring or bruises, but it hurt!" |

Did you watch the video? The kid's cheek was swollen already when he was leaving, so you can bet he had a nice shiner the next day. Video evidence usually tends to hold up quite well in court as well.
I'm sure people saw the kid go in, saw the bouncer follow him, and saw the kid come out looking like he just got punched a few times in the face.
From the looks of the wad of cash that guy stole, it's over $250, so depending on the state that's grand larceny + assault which = felony and prison time. |

so worst case one of my bouncers has an assault charge, thats why i have another 10 to make sure no white kids in hollister shirts are sellin dope in my club.
trust me id rather have one of my bouncers have an assault charge then being sued because some kid ODed in my establishment |
