Hey thanks for the review on my song! I definitely will take into account what you said there!

Not a fan of 'One Day' but I will say that the percussive work there is SUPERB. The break is really nice. I like the glitching in this one. Even though I don't like this one, as a craftsman song, I like it if that makes sense. The craftsmanship in this one is better than in your other song.
'What is the Dahlberg Frequency?' is a song that I actually like. The percussive work here is also great here. I can't really add anymore feedback for this song, other than that it's a song I like.
Mixing sounds great on both songs, but don't trust me when I say that because I don't trust my ears. |

the first song has a great mixdown - everything sounds clear. the issue im having with the song itself though after a few listens is that the second half does not have enough going on - after those intense vocals i feel like there should be more than bassline, arp, and percussion. something to really follow up that drop. i don't dig on much psy-trance, but this one is a good listen. just needs something intense after the second break!
the second song is a bit of a bore though. to me, i feel as if it doesn't go anywhere. almost as if it's incomplete at the moment. it doesn't have anything that catches my ear or keeps me enthralled in the listen through. again, another good mix-down but i don't feel as if there's a lot to be mixing down, lol. |
