HELP: Anyone need a place from March 26th to 29th?

Hey all, first off hope the mod is okay with me posting this here (if not, please move it), not trying to sell or make a profit. Hoping I can help someone out as well as fix my mistake. :rolleyes:
I'm kinda in a sticky situation as me and my friend double booked a couple hotels/apartments from March 26th to 29th. :( Thought I�d offer first to fellow tranceaddict members, as I�m sure it would get snapped up on Craigslist right away.
I had booked a 1 bedroom suite at The Congress from March 26th to March 29th. We then ended up booking a nice apartment condo on 7th St and Collins from March 22nd to 29th as well! :conf:
Was wondering if anyone needs a place to stay from the 26th to 29th? Both are great locations in the real South Beach that can't be beat and at really good prices...I did countless hours of searching for them! I don't care which gets booked, as long as one is gone and I'm not double paying a few nights. Please note I am not a broker/owner and not making ANY profit on these, I�m actually taking a loss but don�t mind absorbing a bit of a hit for the error in my part. I can show receipts and agreements if needed.
Here are the details and prices:
The Congress Hotel (next to the Versace Mansion on 10th st and Ocean Dr)
-Its on the 2nd floor, full one bedroom suite, bedroom has queen size bed, also a pull out sofa in the living room, full kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Can sleep four comfortably, although owner allows three max. There are two terraces in the unit (it�s not an ocean facing suite, but partial), has a nice washroom, everything is luxury about the suite. Best thing is the rooftop pool and the nice view of the ocean from there, gorgeous on the evenings/night. I picked this suite mainly because of rooftop access and the sweet location(ocean dr and the beach). Would be great if you're going to the SHM show on 8th street, very convenient. Price is $725, includes all the taxes and cleaning fees, no other fees. Works out to approx $241/night, which is great deal. Check-in is on 26th and check out is 29th. I maybe able to give this on 26th-28th if needed, I'll just take the hit on the last night. Expedia and the hotel�s price don�t come close to this. Please click on link to see details:

2nd one is
Empire Condo on 7th St and Collins Ave. Unit on the third floor of a three story building. One bedroom with a queen size bed in the master and a sofa double-bed in the living-room. Nice new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Two flat screen TVs, one in the living-room and the other in the bedroom. Everything is like new and updated in the building/suite. Again, another great location with tons of shops and restaurants, plus the beach and Ocean Dr within a block. Very convenient if you�re going to the SHM show, as well if you�re going to Ultra, within minutes by taxi (freeway 1A nearby). Please send me a message, I will find the pics/listing.
Price is $400 from March 26-29th, includes all fees and taxes. I'm willing to give this one from 26th-28th(Ultra weekend) for a decent price, sure we can work something out for those nights.
It took a lot of time for me to find and negotiate these units, as the prices are sky high on the 26th (Saturday) and very little available at reasonable prices. Thanks for your interest, hope you can help me out! ;) |

Hey all. Lots of interest, but no takers for the places yet. If not taken by tomorrow, I'll be putting them up on craigslist. Would prefer to give it to a fellow tranceaddict member. ;)
Just to note everything is gone at the Congress for Saturday as I heard a bunch of DJs rented the place out. :D Also the Empire building is right next to A/X, both prime locations for Ultra weekend.:cool: |
