Liked where it went in the end, love your detail with the fx synths.
Chunky song

Thanks everyone - vital feedback for me as a dickwad non too confident producer.
I took up what Storyteller said and tried every kick I have, including many WAVE ALCHEMY minimal and many nmore. I layered and what not, but nothing fitted, so I'm a bit lost.
I may go back to the kci I had - but I think I will buy Metrum and see how that goes.
Breakdown - am making the joins better so it all melds together.
Doing a lot of mix work and bring some synths more forward.
NEM - is also adding some great ideas to this one.
Will update shortly.

NEM - the other half of Dirtbox Divas has added some fantastic drive and a cool break synth,
Damn it man, this is your first track with this aggressive, dark and nasty groove in the beginning, very Berlin underground Techno/Electro style - LOVE IT. From 0:45 you can definitely unload some industrial type of FX and make it really deep and dark an till you get to 1:29 part when you intro this sweet and warm melody to your track - brilliant blend of those two styles - Massive potential man.

Liking the second version, gents.

pretty cool, i can see your view, i really like ur detailing with the kickdrum, so many productions i hear the kickdrum is drowned. been taking a look at deadmau5 kicks, man theyre loud and clean, nonclipping.

I kind of expected that. It tends to work that way, mostly because you like how it sounds already and gotten used to it. The other thing I suspect being part of it is my preference for a clean sound.
For the fun of it I spent 30 mins to make a small clip of how I'd love it to be :). It's quite rough but still: http://www.storytellermusic.nl/2- track 2.mp3. That would just finish it off for me. Old school trance sound hehe.

Funnily enough I love cleanliness too, so I can really appreciate your version here. Nice kick - can I steal it?
