How to download streamed audio to mp3?

A question:
How do you download the streamed audio media - whether real or wma & rip to mp3.
i.e. how can you download streamed stuff off an internet website & then rip it to mp3?
I'm looking for info on the full process, i.e. what programs to use etc.

Since I live in south Africa, $10 isn't that cheap. But it actually isn't a bad idea. Too be honest, I didn't even have a look at the price. I'll have a look at the terms & such. Thanks RR.

??? Ummm, I could mow someones lawn.
But that's more the type of thing to do in NJ, USA when you need cash. There's some much other things todo.
