I need your help TA, its time for me to invest in a new mixer.

Short background: I've been djing for about 4 years. I spin house, trance, and occassionally hiphop (most of the time mobile events, clubs occassionally). Im currently using a couple sl1200Mk2s with serato and a dn-x500 mixer which is beat to hell.

I was looking to buy either a djm800 or a xone 92, but i cannot decide.
Any other mixers i should look at? (in that price range or below, also a 12" mixer)

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance for the help.

edit: I'm aware there is another thread on djm800 vs. xone92. But i'd like to hear about other options in that mixer quality range/area.
sonicboom
allen and heath have better faders, eqs and stuff and probably soundquality, pioneer has better layout. xone has an awesome filter, pioneer has half decent digital efex which you will never use. if money is of no concern for you id get the xone, but else id get the pio i think, mostly because its easier to resell pioneer.

i think it got all said in the other thread.
epdarks
no comparison. the 92.
djsaekone
xone db4

If you're gonna drop $2K for a Xone 92 vs $1500 for a DJM800, I would wait til later on this month when the DJM900 comes out. Street price is about $2K or cheaper and it has Traktor built in. It a very attractive mixer that I'm even thinking of selling my 800 to upgrade to the 900. But then again, I gotta wait til it comes out to see it on person.

you think the DJM800 will go down in price once the 900 comes out? that might mean a lot of deals will surface on the 800.
