cjb.net's are usually used as redirectors to your site. You still need a server, with space.
just type in server free or a mix of some other words into google and you will find some web servers.
Or try to meet someone with a server ;) |

For real, go on www.Google.com and do a search and use keywords FREE SERVER, WEB HOSTING . .etc
CJB is not something you would use to make a webpage however. There are tons of free web hosting sites out there. Dont use Geocities however.
