You can quite safely boost the high-end quite a bit; in general you're focusing too much on the bass-end. Or, looking at it the other way, you could turn the kick and bass down (and make any appropiate changes to the master limiter).
The breakdown sounds quite out of tune; maybe separate things more with reverb/EQ.
Overall the track is just too boring for me. Try playing with more reverb and bring out the treble frequencies to avoid it sounding monotonous.
