| Just wondering where the trance scene is in Montreal, I know the bastion seems to have placed itself at Circus nowadays, but compared to 7-8 years ago, everything's pretty dead. Any thoughts? |

Do you organise some meetups at trance parties ?
I'm asking that because I'll move to Montreal in June from Belgium ...
I'm a lot into trance, saw that Montreal seems to have a way better scene than here where we have only maybe 1 good trance lineup a year.
It would be great to meet trance fans there to go out cos I don't know anyone in MTL which looks a great place to party :) |

yeah there is trance in Quebec too.
Check out Seven Ways, Reck and Transition parties.
but all major events are in Montreal mostly. |

Thanks a lot Francis, I'll call you as soon as I'll be there (Around end of June thus cannot go to this event :( ).
I saw Circus is after hours and does not serve alcohol which is so sad, where can we go before to warm up & drink ?
Are there lot of other trance events which are not afterhours ?
I cannot wait to be there !! |

yes there is passport and warehouse where some great local djs spin on occasions.
and Citizen produces lots of great artists on club hours, last time we had super8&tab at imperial room just before gareth emery at circus :) quite a night :) |
