Are all these loops or one shots or both? |

Well not sure if the site actually "sucks" but there are a few things that annoy me greatly.
First is the price in euros thing. No big deal ok. But americans like myself will leave a site and forget what that site was even offering if we have to go through the work of converting euros to USD. I didn't see any option to do it, and you might want to just list both prices under the packs, or an option to switch it.
I go to A LOT of sites and when I see euros or another dollar listed, and no obvious way to switch it right there on the site, I will usually leave 90% of the time.
Next and this is just my opinion. But everything on the site is too wide. You need more background on the sides and a more narrow banner to create more contrast and focus. For w/e reason this wide setup has my eyes all over the place, I don't like it. Everything seems to wide in fact. The tabs, the 3 tables under the banner, I'd make the samples 3 packs wide and give a second page option. Not sure if your goal was to have everything thrown on the first page like that but something about it makes it hard to look at it. Its hard for me to explain.
Oh and obviously its your site so do whatever you want as I don't really care either way. I'm more or less trying to give constructive criticism here. Theres too much space in between everything. Look at vipzone how they at least keep things tight. I think their site sucks for the most part but thats one aspect that looks better. The reality is both sites need more background imo.
G/luck either way! |

I like the products and the site looks nice but it's not user freindly.
A couple of example. I pressed buy, thinking this would add the product to a basket, but no, it actually took me to like another site payment centre, BUT I HAD NOT FINISHED BROWSING YOUR SITE, and may have wanted other products!
Ok, so you will say to me 'just click back on your browser', but it took quite a few clicks to make it go back.
Ok so now I'm looking at other products, but decided in the end I only wanted THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT, [B]BUT HOW TO I GO BACK TO THAT CHECKOUT PLACE?
I'm thinking my only option is to AGAIN press buy on the product I want?
Ok so I just clicked buy (now the second time) but that little browser circle is just going around but nothing is happeneing. Ah, eventualy I'm back in that Digital River site.
I always wonder why IT people nearly always do not ROBUSTLY test the end user experience - it's like Steinberg not knowing us producers want to audition ALL our kick samples EASILY one after another while our song is going round in a loop. Such basic always seem to to be missed by the IT GOds.
I have my own company website, and although I'm not an IT Bod, I gave them huge amounts of user exerience directions - real basic stuff they claim no one else had ever pointed out to them! Little things like making sure the contact email and telephone are visible IN EVERY PAGE, without need of a treasure hunt. Making sure music still plays with a little player control visible no matter what page you go to. I hate it when I'm hearing a nice track and click to another page and it abrubtly stops.
RANT OVER. |

Also I did not buy in the end as I cannot stand Digiutal River - it is the worst payment system on the planet. Very twitchy - for example I sometimes dont know what city I gave a long time ago - I live in a village near 2 cities, but you get a little thing like this worng or a telephone number (maybe you have a new number now!doh!), and it all goes - up.
Plus if I recall you get lots of dumbass emails all telling you about the same transaction, but you still have to read each one just nin case.
Seriously, I find that German company to be very clunmsy and not customer freindly. |

Did you notice the 'continue shopping' button??
Our store isn't final, in fact its only temporary before we finish the new system. right now we prefer to focus on what's important - THE SAMPLES! i must say i'm a bit disappointed you guys almost never mentioned our products which is THE REAL DEAL here and not the website itself.
I'm more then convinced our products are TOP products, probably the most usable i'v ever heard (and probably the most usable samples YOU have ever heard) in a pack (any pack). we worked for months over months to make EACH sample usable unlike 99% of the products our there. as a producer i hear ty samples every day and wanted to solve this problem.
WE DO NOT MAKE ANY UNUSABLE SAMPLES! and that my friends is a FACT. i would love to hear more if anyone gets the chance to use our samples. |

don't feel bummed. Take the comments and act upond them. If this website is the main source of income for this specific product this feedback is worth gold. User experience can make or break the actual sales of the product. Looking at these comments it looks like you've lost 2 potential customers due to the design.
I'll surely be buying all. It's more a matter of when. I need to make some big tax payments first hehe. |

First of all i'd like to be clear, i'm very great full for the comments and all will be taken care with time.
I wasn't disappointed by the comments on the store but the lack of comments about the samples, the reason for this store is to be open. for anyone who wants to try some of our samples you're more then welcome to try our free sample pack. |

Just subscribed, those loops in your free pack are on ING FIRE!
Its evident how much time you put into each one, very dynamic, groovy, and clean. Really sweet work man. |
