I posted something similar in the transportation thread, but thought it might be more beneficial on its own. In there I posted about sharing cabs from the beach to downtown, etc. but thinking about it, we should just post up contact info in case of emergency, new parties, anything crazy... whatever. Need directions, need help, get lost, get towed (if driving), anything.... its always good to have a chance. Plus like I said in there - if someone wants to take a cab, shoot out a mass text and see if anyone is leaving the beach anytime soon to head downtown and you can share.
I know some people don't want to get random texts but after using twitter for things like this last year it opened up a lot of events and chatter. Feel free to add me / text me. I'm staying at The Standard Wed/Thurs nights, then staying in a condo just off Collins the next few. Heading downtown from the beach Wed night, maybe Friday and definitely Saturday night.
