Well I like Joof and his music but vinyl to my ears does sound better. I remember Twilo. All vinyl on a amazing sound system! Big punchy sound! I  Vinyl. I have no problem with Joof making a bit of money tho ;)
I also noticed that this interview is on pioneer pro dj website. Their proactive marketing and overpriced products played a major part in the demise of the vinyl scene the demise of the record stores and distributors and consequently the problems he talks about in the early part of the interview. What goes around comes around tho. Their is no scene for them to milk anymore I guess... Kinda like the saying can't have your cake and eat it all.
As far as vinyl listen most of the tracks are ripped off vinyl:
Warm sound low end ump and the right things to the transients!

I didn't bother watching this because I've read enough of John's rants and agree with most of his views regarding trance anyway. Then today, a friend sent me the link, laughing because I'm actually in the video. |

How many times is this guy going to bitch about the trance scene? Either leave it or shut the up already. Things change in every part of the music industry. People come and people go...
J00F does these kinds of rants every other month. I'm surprised people here still haven't figured out that he does them just to whore for attention. |

imagine you spun good music for ~20years, and then it disappeared. you go onto a well-known forum and ask people: "where's the good music at?" and they answer, "i dunno."

But to make video after video with the same redundant talking points...
Does J00F not get it that things aren't going to go back to the past? He's been doing these rants for years now and nothing has changed. |
