Pros:
-Looking forward to doing jack the next few days save for ingesting vicodin+pot & playing Majora's Mask.
-Plethora of pretty Asian nurses, the prettiest of which saw my flaccid post-surgery wang. :)
-Got to wander the hospital hallways, feeling a bit loopy from the morphine, bare ass exposed as my untied gown flapped behind me while I observed the art prints on the wall (everything was Impressionist-style, I noted). Then a nurse dragged me back to my room & re-hooked me up to my IV-thingy & told me to stay put. Something about hospitals makes walking around butt-naked just feel right, ya know?
Cons:
-Felt bad man.
-Guy in the room next to me got diagnosed with prostate cancer. :|
-Turns out I haz a thyroid problem that needs to be checked out within a week or so.
Wat:
-Woke up post-operation to a 50-ish something guy named Michael in my room who offered me a job on an oil rig in exchange for my morphine. The guy was all smiles & even sparked up a conversation about writing after seeing my book of poems by e.e. cummings. Evidently he managed to get a morphine shot on the condition that he had a driver to take him home, so my dad "left" with him & drove him around the hospital parking lot once because this was too funny to pass up. :stongue: He even started an argument with the nurses because he wanted two doses & they would only give him one, & my dad had to calm him down (to which Michael conceded as if he were taking advice from a life-long friend).
-Overhearing the staff's gossip in the office adjacent to my room. Nurses can be a bit cruel; it was like cop humor.
So anyone been to the hospital lately? :toothless |

Ocarina of Time > Majora's Mask
I gave it a good attempt, but I just couldn't get into Majora's Mask... I found the game to be very tedious and annoying.
And that's my contribution to this thread. |

That sort of thing can easily cost $100,000 here in the US Americas. |

HaHAH!
But he only gets one roommate and has to stay in the hospital to recuperate where-as we are sent home with instructions on how to care for post-operative incisions!
And if we don't have a home, there's always the cab drive to an empty bus-stop in east-side Palookaville. |
