So this punk who is subletting from my just moved out. I need to find someone to sublet for April and May. It's a fully furnished room in a 4 bedroom appt on 9th between 45 and 46. You can piss on pacha from the roof. 3 other roomates are very cool, two guys and one girl, they keep it pretty clean, and they do like to party.
Rent is 900/month, you can pay however you would like, weekly, monthly, just upfront.
