Im going :D! I've been wanting to see First State for the longest time. I'm kind of bummed that my friends bailed on me last minute, but hey ill make the best of it with amazing music :D!

first state was awesome ... really nice guy too! activa was banging out some really hard uplifting, not my style but he definitely brought his a-game. great night, will be back for tyDi next week!

Just the opposite experience for me, was really looking forward to hearing First State for the first time, but just couldn't get into it. Activa owned the dance floor, got me dancing all over the floor like a wild hyena, really loved his set with all those intricate melodies, great energy and flow too.
Guess if we all liked exactly the same music, the world would be a very boring place, so I think it's a good balance. :)

I hadn't been to Circus for a few weeks... it was nice to see many of the usual faces and some new ones.
I forgot how many big-time vocal tracks First State has produced. I had a great time singing along to "Reverie," "Cross The Line," and others.

I felt the same about First State, just couldnt get into it. Activa was good but I was way too tired by the time he got onstage. His set does get a lil bit repetitive though...
