Studio executive Peter Vesterbacka hints at Summer reveal
Rovio, the Finland-based creator of Angry Birds, today confirmed it is working on an animated movie based on the smartphone title.
Speaking at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, studio executive Peter Vesterbacka told a packed room “we are working on a full-length Angry Birds movie.”

Speculation intensified once again in January, as the Finnish studio announced it had agreed with 20th Century Fox to use its brand in Rio – an upcoming feature-length animation following a blue macaw.
