I am not a big Kaskade fan at all but my girl is bugging me and wants to go and I always drag her to the psy nights so I think I might have to suck it up.
Tickets aren't available on ticketweb? Does anyone know if it is completely sold out?
Or better yet...guestlist or discount list?
Thanks |

Kaskade sells out Ruby Skye.
You can try calling Ruby Skye directly and asking about availability. They might be willing to sell you a hard ticket through its box office. You'd just go have to pick up the tickets. 415.693.0777. Someone is there during the day I, believe. I doubt they will sell you one, but I'd say it's worth a shot.
At the very least, you can find out if tix will be available at the door (and how many, so you have an idea of how early to show up) |

| I've been to a lot of shows at Ruby Skye. Kaskade packs that place bigger than NYE. It will be a fun night, though expect him to play a lot of his more recent pop-sounding tracks, than more of the stuff from years past. He brings a great vibe still though. |

According to ticketweb.com, they will release 200 tickets at the door at the night of the show.

last batches were over $50, so door should be more than that.
the club is selling out a lot recently because they have brought out a bunch of big names recently. Dada life, Pauly shore,Axwell, atb,Kaskade, steve angello, afrojack, calvin harris etc. (1 thursday, 2 fridays, 5 saturdays) |

there Saturday nights have been having some pretty stellar lineups. Surprised that a lot of them are not playing on Friday nights (the better night at Ruby). |

| Ruby has always been bringing out the biggest names in EDM but hadn't been doing this well until more recently. I'm sure 1015 going Latin has had some effect, but really I think we're just seeing hard evidence of EDM's growth in the states. |

hmm well kaskade always sells it out, but how many other times have
dada life, pauly shore, afrojack and calvin harris played at ruby? and did they sell out their previous shows(i dont think they have played there before) the true 1015 fans were saturday night people, i dont think they are going to the mixed element shows.
the most crazy ive ever seen the line at ruby was actually a saturday night last november for get this...TALL SASHA! haha. line to ruby on MDW 08 for Ferry/Tiesto wasnt that long. tho im not usually arriving at the venue after 11pm, im all about early stamp and get right in thru the reentry line, so who knows. |

big shows are mostly presale or table service only. at least in the past it's been that way.
i know that Ruby is constantly on watch by the po-po's so avoiding a cluster of a line is ALWAYS a good thing. the cops do NOT like big lines, especially in that downtown location. |
