i guess the thing to distinguish is that the main idea behind homeopathy is treating the illness as a symptom of the whole body being out of whack. and when dealing with the root cause of most illnesses this approach does make a lot of sense. the way in which people try to re-balance the body is where you get into a lot of the weird cures such as crystals or extracts diluted to the point that they are essentially placebos. these are bogus, but if they work as placebos for people let them do it. there are actual chemical properties of herbs which act as medicine, actually it is medicine some pills are just synthetic versions of chemicals naturally found around the world. and these herbs taken in conjuncture with a specific diet and physical regimen designed to realign the body has had a lot of benefits. we are sort of slowly shifting towards this mindset in the west, there is a place where you can send your blood and have it analyzed and the doctor will give you a specific workout routine and dietary plan to lose weight. the science is slowly merging with the more natural as we advance, and that's great because it's pretty obvious that neither by themselves is enough.

Yeah, I've been trying to realign my dosha. It's not doing . :p
I'm just willing to give stuff a try, especially stuff that has been around for thousands of years, and seems to have some results. Not to say that because it did not work for me it does not work for others, but I am beginning to think that it is just a power of the mind placebo affect thing.

Is this the type of book I should read? Or one of those dream guide dictionaries.

I did download that :p but I know I am really wanting something else. It was just a free download with the Kindle. I am pretty sure that I do not need to psycho-analyze myself in order to lucid dream. I wish there was some eastern writings I could find.

I really enjoyed studying the Sutras, mindfulness and other hippie which usually involved the inner eye. (Seriously though, if you concentrate on the third eye, imagining there is energy right where that red dot is on Indians, you will have some seriously cool orgasms during tantric sex the body tingles for about an hour.)

Since i was a child I was able to lucid dream, and like many people said, clearing the mind by meditation is a good way to start.

They just come natural to me. It's just another aspect of consciousness.

Ever since I K-HOLED during a VISIONQUEST set I've been able to lucid dream every night.

Mainly it's about my parents divorcing. I don't feel like going into it on these boards.
