i thought this was a whole lote more of berlin than london, it was nice but it didn't really grab me in but i thought it was moments bordering unoffensive on the first 30minutes. mixing was good apart from that transition into that acid breakbeat tune at 45minute where the levels were off. however that tune is really nice, what's the name of it?
ye other than that, good stuff, i mean the mix build just i think it went a bit too slow on the building considering the part you are building up was very more frenzied than the tunes you were building up (yeah, i know that's the point but i don't how to explain it better) |

I agree, this mix is boring.
The track you liked is Kaz by Blawan on R&S.
Btw most of the producers on this mix (or about half, at least) are actually from London. So the fact you feel it sounds more like Berlin means I picked a great title:) |

I liked this, seemed a little dull in certain areas, but overall i was nicely put together and I enjoyed the tunes. I didn't enjoy how you used four different tracks I've been thinking of putting in a mix lately.
Nice stuff, thanks for sharinnnn~~~ |

I have mixed feelings about this set, Adam. There were a lot of really cool tracks in there, but I'm just not sure how well it all meshed together. Some parts of the mix seemed a bit empty, but I guess each time you fully picked up the interest right afterwards, so I can't really complain.
I'll give it another couple of listens and see if it grows on me :) |

| Really just the last track and the mix of All Nights and Don't You is much longer |

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Listened to this several days ago, but hadn`t got around to responding.
I love most of these tracks, but listening to long mixes of this can begin to get a bit tedious. I wouldn`t call the set boring by any means however. I just think that this sound tends to work better when DJs throw tracks like these in the midst of dubstep sets, a la Ramadanman etc....I also find it interesting that me and you used a few of the same tracks but managed to make our mixes sound completely different as a whole.
Other than that, mixing was excellent as always, keep it up. |
