i saw someone crowdsurfing, but didn't see the bail unfortunately. hard to believe people were able to move away considering how packed it was
only other time i remember seeing someone crowdsurf at guv (concerts at kool haus notwithstanding) was the crookers event at skybar 2 years ago, random thursday night in the summer. hope to see those guys get their own saturday night in the main room one of these days, or TIL on a friday, whatever |

i'm convinced mark oliver plays like that sometimes to thin
out the crowd a bit...i stayed until the end and the last
half of his set was sick imo- really hard and banging.
exactly what i went to hear. and more room to dance.
glad i stayed.
i haven't been to the club in a while.
two comments:
don't like the dj booth design. would prefer it be open so
the dj is a more in view and a part of the party. similar to
what they had lawler and cox playing at the Halloween party.
guv needs a resident plumber & cleaner to go along with that resident
dj. every washroom was really bad. the one upstairs in the
bar area was the worst i've ever seen. although who honestly
tries to flush a water bottle and a whole roll of paper?
