(Didn't find a thread, so...)

This compilation series is awesome, you can tell that each mixer is given the freedom to use what they want, and the results are always eclectic. I've only heard the second Groove Armada and The Cinematic Orchestra mixes thus far but I want to grab more as I can afford em. Anyone else heard these?

I have both GA ones, Zero 7, Cinematic Orchestra, Fatboy Slim and just got the new Midlake one. All of them are excellent, would probably say CO one is my fave, just.

The great thing about them is that they are all completely different, Fatboys is a load of old soul, Midlake is mostly folky country stuff, Zero 7 a lot of hip hop, GA more housey and the Cinematic Orchestra a bit of a mixed bag.

The cover versions they get the compilers to do for each one are really good too, the GA version of Fly Me To The Moon on their first one is sublime

Yeah the CO one is just fantastic. Definitely works to cool down after a hard day's work.

Fatboy Slim is great, haven't heard any others as of yet. His cover of Radioactivity is pretty funky and nice :)
