Yo guys I'm in here to prove there's still SOMEWHAT of a scene going on in this town. I work for a company that throws a weekly dance party the Middle East downstairs in Boston.
It's 18+, each week we have a theme, and it sells out NINETY PERCENT OF THE TIME and the capacity is 700 so hellz yes. It's always a rager, and it's only $15 bucks. They mainly spin indie/electro but there's been some serious dubstep in there too lately. If you've got questions ask away, I'll post up flyers and some pix here too. It's honestly really awesome.

we do photo booths and every week too, this was from a different event we do called Campus every Friday night @ Rise Boston. This week was a toga party. Untz untz untz |

| what's the deal with your events at rise? - i considered checking that place out for lee this past weekend but saw it was 'members only' and 'guests of members' |

| It's members only past 1 am, the CAMPUS event start at 9pm, and as long as you're in the door before then, you can stay until 6am when the club closes if you like. Ya just have to get there before 1am. :toocool: |

if you want to show up for regular afterhours, you just need to get on a member's list. if you can't find anyone, let me know. |

Yah a few years (I believe). For the past year we've been selling out all the time though. It's nice to know there's still somewhat of a scene. Once and a while we get some pretty sweet djs too.
Edit: I believe Tuesday simply because it's an 18+ event and they really don't want to give up their big liquor-making nights to a demographic thats predominately underage. Just a guess. |
