I'm about to buy new headphones and I was all set on the Xone XD-53's but at the last minute I saw the ATHs. They're essentially the same except for minute differences in the impedance and high frequency range and the ATH cable is detachable.
I'm most likely still going to get the XD-53s as I've used them at a couple gigs and the price just dropped on Amazon. Does anyone have experience with the ATH MK2s or even better, have some comparison listening time with the XD-53s?
Edit: I'm reading the XD-53s are actually rebranded ATH 700 Pros. So, would the 700 Pro MK2s be an upgrade on this? |
