Because I was specifically told what R&B tracks to play, and that one was requested by the manager. So you know what, before you start putting me down, get you facts straight, because your most means nothing to me, simply because its full of disrespect.

Do you honestly think that was my choice? Do you really. Did you even pay attention to what I played following those 2 songs? Nahh obviously you didnt.
There are alot of issues that need to be resolved @ Phantom, and from what I've seen in the last 6-8 months. It wont happen.
So Dj-HordasH. Maybe one day you'll hear me, when I'm playing the music I really love. Heck, maybe you'll be playing alongside me, considering your a Dj right. |
You have some grave issues to resolve, your posts have been of most redundant nature. I don’t mind you coming here whining about your personal problems but when you can’t coherently reply to perfectly justified criticism then you should keep your mouth shut. There was absolutely nothing personal in my original thread, If you go reread it properly for everything else but the Eminem balderdash I blamed PHANTOM LOUNGE not you, so obviously due to your lack of sharpness you’ve made a complete fool our of yourself with the incoherent drivel you’ve replied with. As for the Eminem tune, which some of us had a gargantuan problem with, you could’ve just stated that you were blameless for it and it all would’ve been water under the bridge. (If you had any self-pride I don’t think you’d owe that kind of trash)
You couldn’t muster a better retort than a 5 year old, if all you have to spit out is “F U” to rational criticism then you shall be treated as a 5 year old; I’ll let someone else pity you and counsel you on the problems @ Phantom Lounge but don’t expect us to bother anymore with your oafish antics.

Robbie C, arguing won't solve anything, it's childish, from what I've read it seems that everyone understands your position, I think you got a bit too aggressive about it (refferring to FU), we all know the club owner was responsible, it seems like a misunderstanding.

Oh, I wish!!!! I don't have the money to do so, plus im going to university here and my program isn't offered anywhere else....
but I will hopefully go on my internship in April and get out of this stinking city (stinky in both the smell and the city itself! :) ) |

| K u guys gotta understand robbies position. He loves trance just as much as me and u. But sometimes there are things u just cant do. If the owner tells you to play somthing, sure u can tell him to off and play trance but let me ask you this, do u honestly think youll have the gig next week? U gotta see thie picture threw everyones perspective. Sure everyone here wants more trance and hell the djs will play more trance if we get more support. ANd there is a whoel load of politics involved in this mo-fo so lets just leave it at that. Im sure robbie tried to fit trance into his set but u have to do things gradually, more and more each time. So all im saying is that it really isnt up to a dj to play what he wants when the owner is telling him different. Just my $0.02 |
