I ordered mine within minutes of going on sale and have yet to get them also. However, lots of other people that ordered them later on in the week got theirs already. It sounds like everyone that ordered the day of, has to wait :(

Haha, I hope it is true too. I noticed that they upped the price on shipping to $8.95, that should help create a line for will call. One of which I do not want to have to wait in...
It doesn't really make sense...but I will have faith they will get here |

Fla.vor.us said they shipped my tickets on 5/2. Obliviously waking up and buying my tickets when they went on sale was now a bad idea.
I think fla.vor.us just really messed some up and did not send out tickets to everyone. Looking at the EDC page on facebook, there are far too many people who have not received tickets who ordered on 4/29.
It looks like they took all the $1.50 shipping options off all their pages. If this was part of the problem, I would of been fine paying more for shipping to avoid the will call. It wasn't bad last year, just have to get there early...not the point though. |

Someone posted this yesterday, which doesn't go along with what I was told:
"for those of you who ordered ticktest and still havent gotton yours and still asking where is my tickets this was posted on May 13th by Ronnie Waller "early bird tickets are being delayed. if you purchased early bird tickets, they will be shipped out within the next two weeks." Ronnie Waller "i work for full access. This is what my boss told me, and i called to verify myself." Its been a week since that was posted so then the ticktes should be maild out next Friday June 3rd According to this. Just a heads up to help out those who didnt get your tickets I paid 8.50 for shipping and got all 3 of mine in 1 week. Good luck an PLURR!!!"
Another friend who contacted them that also bought on 4/29, said they told him they haven't got shipped yet.
So I have heard, a number of things. Doesn't make any sense to ship tickets that were purchased later first though. It is whatever at this point, if we get them, great. If not then will call it is...and better really be put on will call. (I'm bringing my receipt, the conversations I've had with them just in case...) |

| Yea, it's shady to say the least for those of us that purchased the tix on 4/29. Will just have to wait and see how this plays out. |

| anyone that hasnt received their tickets should call Groovetickets directly at : 1-855-2-FLAVOR (352867). If they end up having to put you on will call, it will be adequately handled. We will have more than enough staffing at the door this year so getting into the event is as smooth as possible. :) |
