| some interesting notes in here... weed and coffee for me though for sure (trying to take it easy on the Red Bull... too much sugar)... the rare but somewhat occasional cigarette. |

| liquor is a must but you also have to have silence without silence i cant concentrate so id do another poll and put silence in there |
