Problem with headphones using Numark DJiO and Virtual DJ halppppppp

| ok so I'm on a Mac Version 10.5.8 and I have a Hercules Dj Control MP3 e2, and I'm using the Numark DJiO sound card for my headphones using VDJ LE. For outputs I selected Headphones, Built in Output for the master mix, and the DJiO for the Headphones, yet when I use VDJ, nothing through the headphones, it all comes straight through to my laptop speakers. This is all new equipment btw. HALPPPP MEEEEEE |

| read the manual. have u selected cue for the channels you wanna preview in the headphones? i find it weird that you want the master to be on the laptop speakers though, and not a stereo hifi system or something. |

| the thing is all I have currently are the laptop speakers, but could you elaborate? I've looked through the manual, but it's not really helping :P |

| i dont know any of these gears but it must say in the manual how to set it up. is the soundcard a dj soundcard (meaning atleast two stereo outs, one for master and one for headphones for example). cant really help you without going to the website of the products myself but i think you should try it yourself first :) |
