| Yeah I've heard of Chantix but I want to do it al naturale. Thanks though. BTW Chase & Status Ft Delilah's Time ( remix ) is pretty decent and Raw as well; make a full-on acid EMBERS BREAKS. |

Go for a run and sweat it out. It helped me when I quit and I also noticed how much easier it was to run. Just after two weeks smoke free I could run faster and longer with ease, it was amazing. Then 2 months later I started back up. No one likes a quitter...:p
I also eased myself off a little bit with electronic cigs. I had got it just to try it out and started smoking less cigarettes and eventually stopped smoking the e-cig. That's probably why I didn't stick with it. I really didn't plan on quitting it just happened lol. I enjoy smoking too much plus I'm around it all day.
It was nice being able to breathe, but breathing is overrated...:toocool: |

| there were a couple of douchebags on the dancefloor a few weeks ago that were smoking e-cigs to look cool. considering they have indoor smoking laws here and they were doing it made it look even worse. |

A friend of mine was telling me about her horrible withdrawal symptoms, and just like everyone else has mentioned, exercising seems to really help. I would also drink a ton of water. Your body is cleaning itself out and the more water you drink, the faster it will happen. Flush it out of your system.
Good luck and keep up with it!! My mom has been smoking for over 40 years and desperately wants to quit, but simply can't. You don't want to wait for too long and find out that you just can't quit no matter what you do. |

Thanks, yeah thats the only thing that seems to help. After 3 1/2 weeks I can definitely feel the change in lung function. Best of wishes to your mom. |

| Aren't you the one compulsively posting stupid pictures? Bit of an obsession, maybe?;) It's not about cravings for me but the light-headedness; though its a good thing since that means my oxygen levels are increasing. |
