of course HE DID. His management just can give some advice him about it and it's up to him. If DJ want to let people listen his set, it will be broadcasted. When you book DJ and ask his manager about getting permission to broadcast live, management have to agree it with DJ. It was like that with Marcel Woods & Kyau & Albert when they played in our city. He makes pop music, he got more new fans and less old, which loved old his music. If you want to read comments on his koleidoskope album, you'll see 80percent negative opinions. That's the answer. I didn't like his old music, so about last i even won't say anything.
ps. Allure is his side project, when he saw his popularity goes down, then decided to resurect it.

btw, yes, it is he who decides wether or not his sets may be broadcasted.
dj's have that exclusive right. and if it must be broadcasted, they cant or wont play some of their more massive productions.
example : see / hear the sensation streams of SWHM, only half have been broadcasted because they felt that their mashups and productions "were" "stolen" because of the availabilities.
