criminal endangerment
reckless endangerment
negligent endangerment
concealed weapon
concealed weapon while intoxicated
dui (sleeping in my truck)
scared a cop (five years on the force) so badly that he had to get talked into not quitting that night.
laughed at the swat team when i got raided once, worst CQB (close quarters battle) dynamic entrance that i had ever seen. took a butt-stroke to the chest for it.
only convicted of a few minor misdemeanors, due to my military record, good attorneys, and calling in favors.
am i proud of it? absolutely not :(
violence is not the way to solve things, it only makes things worse.
unfortunately i was trained very well at it and changing the Warrior mindset to a peaceful one has been an ongoing challenging task for me.

I was once found not criminally responsible for assult and confined to a mental health facility. It wasn't my fault though, the clerk had no right to ask me for ID. She should have just given me my smokes.
