but seriously, this is ridiculous. its not like if you went up to someone and talked they could take you to court for it(well in most cases). so why does the net change anything? cause its there all the time?
lame. as long as you arent threatening life... then i see no problem with negative talk on the net...provided you arent in some position where you shoudlnt be doing it(like if Obama tweeted: l0l stephen harper is such an anti social ass bag) . stuff like that is a no no. |

I've found most hits on my site around when I've applied for jobs by employers looking up my name...as much as facebook is a taboo in the workplace, this is def a place HR pre screens personalities. people forget how much they are in public domain when posting on social media and think they can't be called upon what they say...there is right in both sides and wrong as well. |
