I'm gunna be depressed if they cant secure a venue in the bay area

Most likely Greek Theater in Berkeley or Shoreline in Mountain View as this event will be held at Outdoor Amphitheaters. That's my guess.
Ive seen shows listed as SF before but were not in SF but the surrounding area. |

Thur. May 12 all cities & their venues will be announced
Tues. May 17th, all information on which artists are playing which dates including some artists who haven’t been announced
Tues. May 17th Ticket Announcement (Different types of tix including VIP packages.)
Early Bird discounted tickets go on sale next Fri. May 20th
AT LEAST 20 artists 4 each city, Most shows will end at 11pm. |

Verizon Wireless amphitheater in Irvine would be my guess for OC. |

I'm thinking Oak Canyon Ranch in Silverado (just past Irvine Lake). They throw raves there and that's where they're doing the Lighting In A Bottle Festival on Memorial Day Weekend.
