Identity Festival [Tampa, Miami stops]

So word is coming out about this thing. I don't see how it is going to work. Not on a Wednesday, not in Tampa, not with that many artists. Here is the lineup so far:

The website shows that the only ones not playing all dates are Skirllex, Avicii, Modeselektor. I don't see how this will work at all for Tampa. The only way would be across multiple venues (Ybor/Venue/St Pete?) but even so, with a Miami date the next day its just too much production, money, time, equipment to be reality. I'm very curious to see what happens with this.
It says outdoor Amphitheaters. That would imply they are taking over the fairgrounds and what, the big names are playing in the Amphtheater and smaller ones somewhere around it? Not much of an open space for main stage. I don't get it.
