It really depends more on what kind of trance you're talking about, and the age. Many classics are labeled "the best" because of the legacy they've left behind, not always the pure quality of the track itself. I think Solarcoaster and Southern Sun are excellent tracks, but they don't have the years behind them that "classic" tracks do.
There are many close calls, but I'll go for:
