alright this will be hard. I got no knowledge of author or country of origin (maybe Europe or Germany). It had little or few words, but it had awesome video. In video around 5 peoples were inside something like rat maze,chased buy big metallic balls. At the end the ball would lift itself up in air and you would see few human like rats observing maze. Song video was featured on VIVA somewhere when Scooter had its peak, i mean its best hits,also the song Techno rocker was popular at that time. Big love for any help. Pack of beers for right answer.
