yeah...you'd have to eat a lot of turkey. I've heard that its around a lb of turkey for a mg of serotonin to be converted from the tryptophan. So, if you need a low dose increase go with the 5-htp otherwise, go with the pharms

Supposedly Cinnamon has shown some effectiveness in treating Type-2 Diabetes and lowering of Cholesterol. However, the sources I've read seemed to have mixed opinions on how effective (if at all) it really is.

I personally take a magnesium/calcium supplement, but other than that, nothing. I don't know if it's really helping or not either.

Truth? As I get headaches/migraines frequently, I'll give this a try. As I'd love to reduce the amount of excedrin/acetaminophen I take regularly.

Uh, I take both a multi-vitamin and a special B vitamin every day, not sure if that counts. And then obviously the human sacrifice helps me stay young. Old family trick.
