Digweed is going to be like a can of sardines. And it's going to be very hot in there.
My guess is he'll play a very techy set, seeing as he's sandwiched between Hakim and Joris and neither of them play any prog. |

Not at all. Contrary to what a lot of people think, Diggers rarely plays prog tracks anymore. Expect tech-house tracks for the beginning of his set, followed by lots of techno. When he does play prog, it is usually to close his set (happens when he plays longer sets or in festivals). For instance, he has closed a few of his recent sets with Prydz remix of Personal Jesus.
Hernan started by playing about 2 hours of prog tracks (before the techno part of his set), the kind of prog Digweed played a few years ago. Also, Hernan played techno tracks that a lot of djs were already playing, while you will hear mostly upfront stuff (a lot of unreleased Bedrock tracks) with Digweed.
And a Digweed podcast is not even remotely close to what he delivers when playing live. He takes it to another level live! |
