| Cool, no dresscode. When you find out the rest of the DJ time slots, can you post them here please? Are camaras allowed in the roxy? What about strings? :D |

strings im pretty sure they allow...freeza i wanna see you string hehe i use to string long time ago but gave it up, getting old..mebbe i'll bust something out for the fans and freaks hahah
as for cameras? idunno and the time slots? hrmm
ok in the vip room i kno its like this
djtek 10-12
star 12-4? im guessing
and one of the other djs 4-6 (not sure which one since only one showed up at the meeting)
as for the main floor, i would imagine edgar opening for scottie
or idunno so many good djs that night

| awesome! i wish i could go.. i aint 18..in 8 months ill be lol. Oh, and how did you score that dj job dj tek? did u just goto roxy and sent them yer mix cd or did u know who runs the place and all and he hooked u up? i'm just curious on how to get a spot in a nyc club. |

u know what? in nyc, sending demos to clubs dont work for ... sad to say but its mostly based on who u know in the scene... i got hooked up with this cuz im friends with Star(last year Limelight resident..) he just asked me if i wanted to spin that night and i said yeah.. simple as that.. instead of sending demos to clubs, find out which promoters suit your music and send it to them and also lables as well.. nut i'll tell u this, nyc ing sux for trance, thats why im getting the outta here =) |
