Hmmm, I'm not sure what can be said. This sounds very much like trance from the late 90's early 00's. It is generic in every way, this is not an insult, just a statement. The arrangement, synth sounds, FX have all been done a 1000 times before.
I grew up loving trance from that era and still do. However, the tunes at the time were fresh. Anything being made the same way 10 years later will almost certainly sound stale, dated, generic, uninspired and formulaic.
This is trance by numbers.
I would say though that if you enjoy making these kind of tunes, then keep doing them, that's what matters most. |
