There's a lot of little quirky music making web apps out there. If you know of any, post them here! (I would like to build a collection of them in my browser favorites). Here's one I found recently which i enjoy:

(you can click and drag the mouse on that one to draw notes too) |

it went from being a simple 808 + 909 + 303 clone flash thing meant for people have fun with on the intarwebs and it's become almost a daw. |

I'm actually working on an HTML5/CSS3/JS based music making web app of my own design at the moment.
It's socially-based and has a pretty awesome twist to it, which I don't want to get into yet until I am further along in production and I get the idea protected. And I'd like to sell it eventually.
Let's just say it may drive ID contests to extinction :p
Right now it's called 'Rhythm + Tone', but I will be changing the name to something more web 2.0 eventually. |

that is the most impressive thing ive seen for a web app. but 5 min in and i think ive already found a bug.
i loaded the techno template, pull up the timeline, and cant loop a segment. the help wiki shows the little blue region markers for looping, however this techno template has a beginning blue region marker but no ending blue region marker. |
