i can't believe no one has mentioned alexander keith's india pale ale... best beer EVER. rickard's gold is good, and i tried tuborg a few times and liked it.
if anyone ever comes across this beer (i think its only in canada) GET IT! its called golden horseshoe. i tried it at a beer festival and its DAMN good. i just can't find it anywhere anymore.
if i'm feeling poor, i like to drink molson xxx. same alcoholic content as malt liquor, but tastes a lot better, =P.
WORST BEER EVER: tiger brand beer from singapore.... i thought it'd be fun to try some asian beer out. ewwwww.... worst 500mL i've ever had to choke down, =P. |

| I'm a big fan of all european beers but without a doubt the best is those big 1 L cans of Faxe. I also like the smaller cans of 10% Faxe that will you up. For all of you who like Rickards Red, a molsen rep once told me that it was nothing but Molsen Export with some caramel colouring in it. |

sebby: I konw the beers ur talking about, i'm bavarian and most bavarian beers are similar in taste to what your looking for
anways my favourites are of course bavarian beers :)

Red Stripe - if i'm feeling jamaican and want to spark up a spliff
Henry Weinhard's private reserve - i know this isn't the greatest beer but i like the taste of this one alot.
Newcastle Brown Ale - this is good stuff
Arrogant Bastard Ale - this stuff is excellent and it also has some nice commentary on the bottle.
Steinlager - who knew kiwi's made good beer? |
