Bassline sounds pretty buried in the mix, synths are a little thin to me. Not much groove to the track I don't think. Do hear some ideas in there, tho.

I'm definitely liking this. The beginning reminds me of Don Henly's "Dirty Laundry" with the cadence you've built for the Toms.
Specifically the "Kick 'em when they're up. Kick 'em when they're down." part of the tune.
I agree that the bass-line could come up a bit in spectral prominence and volume.
