Hey folks.... I found another DirectConnect Client that I think, is as good as, if not better than the client we are all currently using.
Here's the website :
http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net
I was having terrible problems with the normal software, and when I tried this one, it worked perfectly.
It takes a small bit of setting up, but its worth it.
Enjoy... :) |

I'm one of them. People with eg <++ V:0.18,M:A,H:1,S:1> in their description use DC++. V: is the version they're using. M: is the connection mode (Active/Passive). H: is the number of hubs the person is connected to and S: is the number of slots available. |

Aha.
I have to use this 'alternate' version, as the original refuses to work. :( |
