* the Black Hole pressing. I already bought one for £6 but it wasn't mint and I'm incredibly picky!

i got my walhalla 2x for about 20 CND. now that was a deal.

i paid £50 for an old italian house track "soul masters-we've got energy".it was released on italian import in 1990,there were only a few hundred copies pressed and unfortunatly the record label(might quinn)went bust which made it even harder to find a copy anywhere.i searched for 5 whole years before offering the only person i had ever seen with a copy £50 and needless to say he snapped my hand off.it is still one of my prize possessions and i have been offered 3 times the amount that i paid for it but theres no way i could sell as it means to much to me.
as for bargains well i get a hell of a lot of tunes free from promo lists and contacts which is nice.i have also paid £10 for a copy of gouryella-ligaya which although not cheap its something that i personally think was a bargain at a tenner as i have been offered a damn site more for it. |
